L'indirizzo email dell'Utente potrebbe anche essere aggiunto a questa lista come risultato della registrazione a Hy Media o dopo aver effettuato un acquisto.

  OneSignal è un servizio di messagistica fornito da Lilomi, Inc.

  OneSignal permette al Titolare di inviare messaggi e notifiche ad Utenti su piattaforme quali Android, iOS e sul web. I messaggi possono essere inviati a singoli dispositivi, a gruppi di dispositivi, o sulla base di argomenti o specifici segmenti di Utenti.

  A seconda dei permessi assegnati a Hy Media, i Dati raccolti potrebbero riguardare e includere informazioni sulla localizzazione precisa (ad esempio, attraverso i dati GPS), sulla rete Wi-Fi e sulle applicazioni installate e attivate dall’Utente. Per permettere il funzionamento del servizio OneSignal, Hy Media usa degli identificatori per dispositivi mobili (tra cui Android Advertising ID o Advertising Identifier per OS) ovvero tecnologie simili ai cookie.

  I Dati raccolti potrebbero essere utilizzati dal fornitore del servizio per finalità promozionali (basate sugli interessi degli Utenti), statistiche e di analisi di mercato.   Opt-out dalle notifiche push
  Nella maggior parte dei casi gli Utenti potranno disattivare le notifiche attraverso le impostazioni della propria periferica (ad esempio la sezione sulle Notifiche push), apportando le relative modifiche in relazione a tutte o alcune delle applicazioni presenti.

  Opt-out dall’attività promozionale basata sugli interessi

Questi Dati Personali potrebbero inoltre venire incrociati con informazioni sull'Utente disponibili pubblicamente (come i profili sui social network) ed usati per costruire profili privati che il Titolare può visualizzare ed utilizzare per migliorare Hy Media.
